Is it Possible to Do It All?

Follow These 7 Simple Steps and See How Easy it is!

Every mother knows how much there is to do each day – especially when school starts. The same is true for most people in our fast-paced world. Laura King, CHt, NLP, Life Coach, offers these 7 tips to doing it all with ease, confidence, and pleasure!

1. Focus on getting organized.
Don’t beat yourself up about past failures, and focus on successes during this process. Remember, what you think about is what you become. Being organized is a choice, so CHOOSE TO CHANGE, and then practice, practice, practice.

2. Attitude of gratitude.
When you are completely relaxed, stop for a moment to be grateful for every experience from the past, and for everything connected with those experiences. Allow yourself to let go of past hesitations and forgive your mistakes. You are stronger than anything life has to offer, so say this out loud, “I am motivated to be a person who gets things done!”

3. Mental rehearsal.
Imagine being organized and getting everything on your to-do list completed easily and effortlessly. Close your eyes and imagine every detail, down to how good you feel when it is done. See it. Feel it. Believe it.

4. Embrace Change.
Resistance to change is a surefire way to exhaust yourself and waste your time. Change is neither good nor bad, it simply is. So love change, desire change, and understand that life is change! Don’t get stuck just because something didn’t go as planned – be flexible, and embrace the change.

5. Check your progress daily.
Stop for a moment to see all you have accomplished and be grateful for the progress. Relive the positive experiences, and the successes you have achieved. Remind yourself that each mistake you’ve made along the way has been a learning experience. When you do something well, tell yourself out loud, “I did that well!”

6. Be deeply committed to the process.
Your Positive Mental Attitude will keep you focused and create an environment where completing tasks is effortless.

7. Listen to Do It All every day (a gift to you from Laura).
Laura created a guided imagery recording that will help reprogram your subconscious mind to Do It All with panache!

A last word from Laura: Being disorganized and frantic does not have to be a way of life. It is simply a habit pattern, and following these 7 steps daily will help you create a new habit of being organized so you can Do It All.
